A.J. Kasen

A.J. Kasen is a senior music executive with over 15 years of experience across A&R and marketing, specializing in artist discovery, development, and brand growth. He has held leadership roles at Lava Records, Better Noise Music, and Big Loud, where he served as SVP & Head of A&R and Marketing working with artists including Lorde, Jessie J, Mötley Crüe, AWOLNATION, Dirty Heads, Five Finger Death Punch. Known for pairing creative instincts with data-driven marketing strategy, A.J. has helped launch and scale artist campaigns that drive sustained audience and revenue growth across streaming and digital platforms.

Morgan Young

With more than 25 years of experience in the entertainment industry, C3 manager Morgan Young has built a career guiding artists through every stage of development with sharp strategic insight and a deep respect for creative vision. Known for his hands-on approach and artist-first philosophy, Morgan is trusted for his ability to align long-term career strategy with the individual needs and ambitions of each act he represents.

Dean Raise

Dean Raise is the founder of Raise Artist Management and a Grammy-nominated executive producer. Born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa, and now based between Austin and California, he has spent the past 17 years managing artists such as Rebelution, leading global marketing and branding campaigns, and producing immersive live events.

Beyond management, Dean is also an event promoter, record label owner, and the co-founder of the nonprofit Last Prisoner Project, which works to address the ongoing harms of cannabis criminalization through clemency, expungement, and re-entry support. He currently lives in Austin with his wife, daughter, and two dogs.
